Wraps the local Grok CLI as an OpenAI / Anthropic-compatible HTTP gateway. Default port 3847. CLI `gctoac` (alias `gcoa`). Default model grok-4.6.

## Install

1. `npm install -g grok-cli-to-openai-compatible`
2. `gctoac doctor && gctoac setup && gctoac start`
3. `gctoac admin otp` then open /admin/
4. `gctoac key create` — http://127.0.0.1:3847/v1

Requires Node.js 20+ and a logged-in Grok CLI. Install from the npm registry only.
